I had to make several turns to get there, but hey, aren’t we all use to driving around here by now. I’m glad to see that FedEx has a new location out here.

I appreciate her diligence in getting to the bottom of it and exceptional customer service. She even gave me an actual phone number for the future instead of the AI generated call center. Thank you and Temple Fed Ex please hire better drivers!

I have not once had a good experience with FedEx.. I wish the shipper would ask us the customer what carrier we would like our stuff shipped by I would never choose FedEx
