- FTFrederick TuckerNov 8, 20253.0I recently paid a visit to the Taylor location of the UPS store and generally had an agreeable experience with most of the staff being quite nice - but unfortunately it seems to be the case in life you always seem to have that “one guy” who is completely 100% ill equipped to deal with the public and unfortunately this Taylor location had one of those people. This individual was the tall guy with glasses who worked in the rear of the store and appeared to be their technically proficient person for pulling files off of a USB drive for subsequent printout, etc. - and he was about as unfriendly, sterile and unwelcoming as you could possibly get. I had a question on the order because it was incomplete (I simply needed more copies) - and after having to deal with him for a minute or two I just decided to go to another location and complete the order because of a misunderstanding of to how many copies needed to be done. Again everyone else in the store were really nice but I was left to deal with this one individual and I simply pulled the plug on the order, paid the balance and decided to get my order completed elsewhere. Unfortunately I won’t be going back and I won’t recommend it to any of my coworkers - all of whom work at a massive new manufacturing facility being constructed nearby.

Called to speak with someone and they were rude and did not want to help resolve the issue. I was told to go online and file a claim. I will never use them again.

They get very busy in there and I am so grateful for there help even under all the pressure! Good people :)
