I like that the store is convenient, offers a wide range of services and the staff have mostly been very friendly and helpful, especially recently. Early on, there were a few associates who seemed like they were afraid to talk to people in person but maybe they've learned how to interact with people in person now or have found other work more suited for them.
- TWTheresa WilesJan 5, 20261.02nd day service envelope was lost by Ups after spending a considerable time on the phone with customer service and was then informed that since my package was sent from a store location, I needed to go back to location to file a claim. I was acknowledged when entering the store i explained my dilemma to the female clerk who then doubted the validity of my claim saying that was the first time she had been aware that customer service would tell a customer to go back to the location to file a claim. Perplexed and irritated I stated that I needed to file a claim, she then stated that this was not a task she was well versed in but would try. All sense of confidence I had in her ability rapidly deteriorated. She randomly pushed buttons on two different computers and then stated she was all done and that the claim would take 10 days if approved and that I was all done. This level of service was subpar at best I will definitely reconsider whether to ever use this business again never have I experienced this at other locations.
