I spoke with Ms Brenda related to a piece of mail that hasn't been delivered to the Credit Union in Old Ocean. The mail has the physical address of the CU instead of their box. The incorrect address is my mistake. Ms Brenda was very helpful. Nothing like good customer service. Thank you Ms Brenda.

I had an issue with a mail piece I was waiting on that had me driving in circles between USPS locations to locate it. Long story short, she was able to resolve my issue and locate the letter so I could sign for it—she even went out of her way to find me in town within the day! In general, any time I've needed help with sending packages or purchasing stamps at this location, Ursula would be the one to get it done! This is honestly the best USPS location I've been to in a while—the folks here actually care to help local customers as best they can or are able to. 🌟
- JJJesseMay 18, 20231.0Terrible location. Just moved to the area recently and have had packages held and stolen many times. I continue to call in and request redeliveries but they never bring them. They will give them to us if we come in person but they will not deliver to our house. Now a year later with the holidays we’ve had packages go missing periodically at least 1 time a month and many of our Christmas cards have now shown up already opened. Some heavily taped and still open
