- GLGilbert LopezOct 14, 20201.0Was needing documents proving my residency was linked to my physical address but was denied any helpful solution. All I needed was P.O. box address and my physical address and the post office stamp. That's it. Was turned away for whatever reason and also very inconvenient. Was trying to refinance my home and this would have made my life so much easier if it were not for a in house 'law' not to provide a post office stamp of approval of my own information. Was a huge inconvenience and luckily my bank worked with me to find an alternative route to get this situated. I really had high hopes from my home town post office to help me but all I was given was the run around and a big fat NO. And just to clarify I am a proud sundown roughneck and own 2 homes in this town. But was very disappointed in this whole process.
