  I have been coming here for over 6 years I believe. What makes this UPS different from others is the staff. They are quick with returns during all hours. Holiday season does get busy, but they always ensure they have a full staff to get you out of there quickly. I come during lunch break and I’m in an out within 2-3 minutes. I’ve been to other ups stores in Greater Houston, and Richmond area and they do not move fast at all. They see the line getting long, but don’t do anything about it. This location is super quick with everything! Amazon returns, mailing something out, printing etc.

  Sakina at the UPS Store provided outstanding customer service. She was professional, efficient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything quick and stress-free, and her attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit

  Every time I come here to print everyone is very helpful. And I have had to print a lot of pages. Good store and clean. Never really have to wait either.

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. They made everything easy and stress-free. I especially want to thank Ali for his kindness and support—he went above and beyond to help me.
