- XYXiujing Yu2 days ago1.0This was my first time visiting this location. The staff member initially raised an objection regarding the items I needed to return—a point I understood and complied with. However, when I proceeded to make the return again, he informed me that I was also required to apply the tape myself. This is a very simple matter, yet at every other UPS store I have visited, I have never been told that I needed to handle the taping myself before returning items. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

If you don't want to work, then don't—there is absolutely no need to show up with such a sour attitude. Furthermore, they charge extra for the tape required for packaging. The only word I can use to describe this place is "disgusting."🤮🤮🤢🤢
- PVPaul Vu2 days ago1.0Should go to another location. Staff forced me to put 3 Amazon return items into one small box because there was only one QR code, even though it didn’t fit. This was incorrect handling, confirmed by Amazon Customer Service. I had to come back to the store to separate the returns. Other customers, including elderly people, had the same issue. Very disorganized and a waste of time.
