My interactions with various employees have always been very positive. Alexis took care of me recently and was great! The employees are personable and very knowledgeable and work efficiently to keep the line moving. I don't understand how this location has such a low Google rating. I have never seen anyone have an issue with staff here. Perhaps some people don't like waiting in line, especially behind customers who are doing very lengthy transactions; however, the post office cannot anticipate when that will happen and can't be expected to overstaff in case of "what if". I suspect, at least in some cases, it is the customer creating an issue.
