He's been here for years and you would think he would know something about his job by now. FYI the pickup closes at 445 which is not listed. I got here just before 5 and he let someone else in but couldn't check on my question. All I needed to know is if they keep deliveries for the full 14 days or return it on the 14th day and he couldn't be bothered to find out.
