They charged me $15.99 just for a cardboard box, even though I was only shipping two dresses weighing less than 2 kg. The pricing felt completely unreasonable and borderline scam-like. There was no transparency about the cost until after they rang it up, and the staff made no effort to explain why a simple shipping box was so expensive. For such a small and lightweight shipment, the charges were excessive and unjustified. I’ve shipped items many times at other locations and have never been charged this kind of inflated price. I do not recommend this location — be careful and ask for every cost before they pack anything.
