  Worst behavior of women over there. She always blame people and won’t even respect anyone. Worst and worst behavior. Very rude and unprofessional.

  If I could put a zero I would, I came here to print some papers. My daughter and my son in law came with me and they were waiting the lady asked were they getting anything they said they were waiting on me and she told them yall can get out which was very rude. I left and didn’t pay for anything or got anything from this store do not recommend this store at all.

  Worst UPS Store experience ever. The staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and completely unfriendly. I simply asked for help closing an open Amazon return box—something that didn’t even require a box in the first place—and they refused to help in the most dismissive way possible. The attitude was shocking and unacceptable. They clearly have no understanding of customer service and treat customers like an inconvenience. Save yourself the frustration and do not waste your time at this location. I will never use this store again. Update: It was packed; I kept only the top of the box open. You might want to see what is inside and how much time and money 12 inches of tape would cost? Wow... You should be ashamed and apologize. You have no idea what customer happiness can bring you or take from your business. I am 100% sure the replier is not a shop owner. If so, that means they absolutely do not care about their business and shop. If you are a manager, you are just keeping that position busy. i can now understand why you google rate is 3. You even deserv much more less with this attitude. Damage that you give Ups brand is so lovely.. Well done!

  Very rude manager, she refused to tape my box shut… Every other UPS I have been to tapes my boxes closed for me. The manager is also really rude to her employees and she screams at them in front of everyone… Very disappointed and I’m never coming here again.
