I’ve seen firsthand that some customers aren’t always the kindest, but the employees remain professional and keep things moving quickly. If you treat them with basic courtesy and respect, they truly go above and beyond to help you. They’re efficient, organized, and impressively fast — even when the line is long, it moves quicker than you’d expect. Really appreciate the great service and positive attitude from this team. Thank you for all that you do!

I had to buy tape from them for 5.99 just because they didn’t want to tape up one side of the box. It was just a sliver. Amazon said UPS would PACK, label and ship, so this doesn’t make sense.

I left and was able to get the assistance I needed at another UPS store. I will not be returning. It cost nothing to be nice.

First, I was told I couldn’t return it using plastic packaging and that I needed to bring a cardboard box. I went and brought a cardboard box, and then they said they still couldn’t accept it. Instead of helping, they repeatedly tried to sell me the boxes they had in the store for $4. It was very clear that the priority was not customer service, but making extra money. They didn’t even offer to tape the package or help with the label — not a single piece of tape, no assistance at all. Absolutely no effort to help the customer. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this shipping center.
