  Had a terrible experience at this location here with the staff. Their printers weren’t reading my usb to print a document. The staff also tried and it didn’t work. She offered to print it behind the counter. Later she charged an additional fee for printing behind the counter. Had she told me prior to charging me, I wouldn’t have agreed and just printed elsewhere. She said my USB was broken but my USB was actually brand new and it worked on the printer behind the counter. Wasn’t a fair charge on FedEx’s end.

  I had the worst experience at this location. Laroya, one of the employees, repeatedly lied to me saying my order was cancelled when I showed her that my printing order was done according to the FedEx confirmation email. I explained to her that maybe it was in the back because I spoke to someone on the phone to confirm my order was being printed. She repeatedly told me I was at the wrong location, even though I showed her that this location corresponded with the email I sent. She told me as again the order was cancelled, even though I never got a cancellation email. I asked her when I would be refunded and she said 3-5 business days and if I had a problem I should speak to the manager, After I left, she told me the order was there and printed the whole time. This was an incredible waste of my time, please NEVER go to this location. The staff is HORRIBLE and extremely disrespectful. To top it off, I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was “in a meeting” and I would get a call back. Shocker, no one ever called me back. I also never got refunded for my order. This location just scams you.

  It is unbelievable that a company like FedEx, which claims to be professional worldwide, employs such irresponsible staff! Yesterday I was told that any mail after 5:00 PM would be processed the next day. Today I made sure to arrive before 5:00 PM, but they kept me waiting until after 5:00 and then refused to take my packages again. The worst part was the attitude of an employee named Tiffany. She interrupted the manager while we were talking and openly said, “Even if you come early, if I’m busy I won’t take your mail.” This is outrageous and completely unacceptable. I run a business, and timely shipping is critical for my customers. For an employee to treat customers this way and delay shipments with such careless behavior is a disgrace. FedEx allowing this person to represent their company is shameful.

  Cedric was extremely helpful and professional. He laminated my ID with excellent quality at half the price of UPS. I truly appreciate the great service and highly recommend this FedEx location.
