It’s a great free service. Today though I took in a difficult item to have copied and laminated. She did a fantastic job and was friendly and funny which I so appreciate. She clearly enjoys her work there. I’ve been going there for over 10 years and they’ve always done exactly what I needed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

He was SUPER patient, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and went ABOVE & BEYOND, by "taking ownership" of my problem and making it HIS problem! About a week ago, I came to the FedEx store in Sugar Land on Southwest Frwy, just south of Dairy Ashford, needing a few photos color printed on phtot stock paper, and a small color image of a company logo printed to vinyl decal paper, and needing it done THAT DAY for an upcoming job interview product example! Michael explained the store's product limitations, but offered some insightful suggestions of where I could find exactly what I needed. After I quickly went and purchased some vinyl decal sheets at nearby hobby & craft supply store, and assuming I would have to drop off my order request for next day pick-up, Michael not only handled the editing & image resizing for me, for a very reasonable small cost, he also did the printing for me on-the-spot! I left with the great feeling one gets when provided with unexpected "knocked it out of the ballpark" TOP-TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE...Thank You again, Michael!!! PS: I went back the next day to get additional photos printed too!
