- DGDominique GuillzOct 6, 20251.0I rented a U-Haul from Katy to make this place my drop off spot on September 1 which was Labor Day They were closed I called their phone 4 times until someone picked up the phone I was due to return at 10am I was there15 minutes early The manager said they open at 10:30 am I waited until in the U-haul no one ever showed up I said I wanted a receipt I didn't feel comfortable leaving the key in the unlock truck. I stayed there until 11:30-11:45 So another person called me while I was in Dollar Tree waiting for my lyft saying they open at 12 I said the other person said 10:30 now 12pm On Google y'all are open and I called U-Haul and they said y'all were open. I finally left i was promised a receipt never received it Calked uhaul to see why was i being charge additional day's and other fees They put i returned that Truck on the Sept after 12pm.. The audacity to lie on me When I created a paper trail.. BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION Never called never email or texted And they added those charges knowing damn well I returned that truck on time 15 minutes before time...I cant easily post the phone called from y'all and U-Haul... Never again I didn't like the way U-Haul handled the situation at all but I dont have to deal with neither places again
