  I'm so unhappy with the print staff of the Staples in Stephenville!! I spent a long time making a family centered coloring book for my very special 3 yr old granddaughter and then took it to Staples to laminate the cover and wire bind the book. The staff was so busy visiting each other, they weren't paying attn to my small binding job. 4 of the pages in the center the hole punch was on the edge of the paper and not able to be held in the book by the wire. Yes, I should've double checked their work, but I trusted they knew what they were doing. I'm so upset! Is there another place in Stephenville that does this type of work?

  I went here for UPS to ship a package. While there I was able to pick up office supplies and an ink cartridge. The staff was great. Knew the printer I have and the prices I paid were less than I expected.

  So great to deal with human beings vs a "chatbot". Renea & Quinten are always helpful and patient with me.

  The key to any business is its employees. Jackson certainly fits the kind of employee that Staples needs more of. He was knowledgeable and had the patience to answer all my dumb questions.

  In-store prices are higher than their online price. Know what the online price is and ask the cashier to match it. I could have gone to the WMart next door and their price would have been the same in-store as online. In my opinion Staples prices should be consistent whether online or in-store instead of catching those unaware to gain extra bucks.
