  2023 was our first year to use Edward’s and Stokes and what an amazing experience it was. They were kind and professional and swiftly answered all of our questions. They were quick to correct some errors made by others in the past and we felt so completely confident in all their work. We have referred them to family and friends and look forward to a long working relationship with them.

  I don’t tend to review things at all but this place must have the worst communication that I’ve seen from a business. I had hand delivered all the information needed to file my taxes even my old tax preparer documents. Was originally told this would only be a few weeks. Three weeks goes by and I hear nothing I call up there to see how things are going and they tell me they filled a tax extension. They file I think we are good and squared away … WRONG they call me after a week and apparently they miss placed a file that they sware they didn’t get. I now email the paperwork to them to have it as documentation. The only guy in the office named Daniel was now they only one that contacts me as I am more than ticked off at the situation he ASSURED me we can continue on with no added signature. All is well …. Yet again WRONG they call me a week later asking for a new signature at this point I’m more than done. I said send me a email so I can give you an electronic signature. I get that sent over and then they go and send me added invoice for there mistake labeled -changes made to return to add document* client did not know he had. Not only am I being asked to pay for there careless mistake but to insinuate that it was my fault makes this appalling. I honestly thought the carnival only came to stepheville once a year but apparently it’s housed at Edward and stokes.
