  I don’t tend to review things at all but this place must have the worst communication that I’ve seen from a business. I had hand delivered all the information needed to file my taxes even my old tax preparer documents. Was originally told this would only be a few weeks. Three weeks goes by and I hear nothing I call up there to see how things are going and they tell me they filled a tax extension. They file I think we are good and squared away … WRONG they call me after a week and apparently they miss placed a file that they sware they didn’t get. I now email the paperwork to them to have it as documentation. The only guy in the office named Daniel was now they only one that contacts me as I am more than ticked off at the situation he ASSURED me we can continue on with no added signature. All is well …. Yet again WRONG they call me a week later asking for a new signature at this point I’m more than done. I said send me a email so I can give you an electronic signature. I get that sent over and then they go and send me added invoice for there mistake labeled -changes made to return to add document* client did not know he had. Not only am I being asked to pay for there careless mistake but to insinuate that it was my fault makes this appalling. I honestly thought the carnival only came to stepheville once a year but apparently it’s housed at Edward and stokes.

  We used this company for our taxes starting in 2018 and they did a good job that year. But for 2019, somehow they miscalculated how much we needed to pay in quarterly taxes so we ended up actually owing a couple thousand more dollars in taxes. This was our first year as a married couple and me having a small business for the full year so we needed help understanding how much we would owe in taxes ( we got a refund in 2018 so I had nothing to estimate from) They apologized and gave us a discount on their services, but only after I called them multiple times leaving many messages asking to call back. It took several days before I got in contact with anyone by phone and that was because I was calling them, they did not reach out to me except by email. Also, communication is very bad overall-even when I would email I didn’t get a response until a week later sometimes. We will not be using them again.
