Only one of the several people who work there (who is rarely present when I go - it's usually a dramatically undertrained, confused person) knows how to use the machinery, calculate postage, send packages, etc. I went today with a package that needs to go out today - and not only was the door locked 20 minutes early, the machine for printing postage was out of ink and the person inside had no idea how to replace the cartridge! We have had packages delivered late (that were without a doubt inside the building - just not given to us), packages and mail put in the wrong boxes, and have never recieved satisfactory answers to any of our questions!
