There employees here are so nasty!! I’ve never come to a post office before but my roommate needed me to do her a favor and drop smth off for her since she’s out of town. I come in around 4-5 ish today and wait in line and after I hand the package over to the male employee, he asks if I need a receipt. I said no not realizing it was mandatory and he laughed at me and him and his female coworker very loudly made it known to everybody else that was there that I was “trying to screw my roommate over” just because I didn’t know it’s mandatory and laughed. They could’ve professionally and politely just tell me that I needed it. But because I wasn’t aware, I got belittled by those two employees today. So unprofessional and rude! Seeing that another fellow Asian gave this place a bad review saying they felt “discriminated” just goes to show how terrible the employees here are

They lost my package. I called customer service and was advised to go to the original location to request a refund. When I went in person I received no help. I spoke to the supervisor, Amanda, and she told me to file a claim online even though the website says claims can be handled in person. At this point, I’ll just take the loss. It’s not worth jumping through hoops. The ratings are definitely accurate.

Worst experience of my life. The staff were unhelpful, rude, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. Their attitude felt discriminatory, which made the experience even worse.

Claudia was really pleasant and helpful. The other guy is nice too. It's a post office. It is what it is. Yes they might lock the doors before closing time when it's busy. What is the alternative? Stay open until closing and then for another hour after? Don't go at the very end of the day.

Apparently now they won’t allow you to drop off outgoing mail here if the return address is Houston as if you can’t have a different return address than your home address. Now I have to drive over 15 mins to a post office in Houston to simply drop off packages for my small business. For all this I could’ve drove and delivered the package myself smh
