STOP LEAVING PACKAGES IN THE DITCH BY THE SIDE OF THE ROAD!! Too lazy to bring it to the front porch.

The best thing about the Springtown post office is closing your PO box because you're moving away. The 'postmaster' is relentless with her unpleasantness. The counter help is the slowest I've ever experienced. At our house, the mail box is 'on the curb' (there really are no curbs, it's Old Springtown Rd), the postal worker has routinely left Amazon packages on top of the mail box... It's a busy road! The postal worker 'delivered' our mail, including magazines, on top of the mailbox in the rain. Complaining to the post office only earns retaliation and does not improve service. The post office does not use official USPS forms to notify PO box patrons of packages... which they do not put into the USPS lockers but hold for counter pickup... and will return to sender if not picked up within some arbitrary, unannounced time. We cringed every time an Amazon vendor wanted to us USPS as delivery. All I can tell you is, "Good luck! and good riddance."

In April I ordered something and when it got to the post office they sent it to azle. This past week I've ordered something and it was supposed to be here today July 10, 2017 but instead they sent it all the way to Arlington. I don't understand what the deal is! I CLEARLY have a springtown address! Now I have to wait 2-3 more days for it to get here I'm sure because that's what happened the first time. It wouldn't normally be a big deal but it's happened twice in a row now.
