I went to the office to see if maybe they were holding onto it. They told me they "didn't recognize the name" so they sent it back. I do not know my child's social to get a replacement so I've been going back and forth with the social security office for months trying to get an appointment. Btw, she has the same last name as 4 other people that lived in the household at the time. I'm so frustrated and I can't claim her on my tax return this year because someone made the "executive" decision to not deliver it.
