  Today I went to take two packages that I had to return and I took them to this UPS location since I have been using it for years. The moment the employee went to stick the label on the package I identified them wrong. When I realize I return to the establishment and I am attended by a gentleman surnamed Scott. I don't speak English and with a very bad attitude, very bitter and rude he told me that he doesn't speak Spanish. I called my husband to serve as a translator and he treated me worse. At one point I tried to touch the package to look at the code and not make a mistake again and in a very bad way he told me not to touch it. I understand that I'm in Tx and I'm the one who must learn the language, but it's the first time they treat me that way. I prefer to think that the gentleman is tired of work and not that those of us who speak Spanish are not to his liking. Don't forget that they are giving a service. From what I read about this place they have many complaints but they do nothing. Don't forget that you need customers and you are not the only UPS.

  Rhonda and Nia were absolutely helpful and very kind. They greeted me at the door and helped me through the whole process from printing, to sending priority! Thank you again Rhonda and Nia!

  Rhonda is the only good worker here so far. Avoid the 5ft white blonde lady and the African American lady. Both of them are rude and don't actually do what you pay for. Destroyed a birthday gift to someone despite us paying for it, when we tried to wait for a return the one African American woman was offended I wouldn't use her for my return of a $4000 laptop

  I go to many UPS stores in the Houston area as I travel a lot for work. The staff at this Louetta location are fine, but the owner has a policy to charge you $1.00 for a $.05 cent strip of tape. Other UPS stores just leave tape on the counters for their customers to use. Seems rather petty to make $.95 cents on a simple return. I just prefer to go elsewhere

  Friendly staff , very helpful and didn't have to wait much even tho there was a line
