    I knew I should have gone to another location but this one is closest to my house. It has NEVER been a time when me or my husband has received just decent customer service.

    Paid $8 to have my package rerouted and delivered here so I could pick it up since I don’t have the privilege of working from home. They first told me when I arrived that my tracking number was wrong then that maybe the driver had left the package on the truck by mistake. Found out shortly after leaving the store that it was marked as picked up an hour and 15 minutes before I arrived. Was told for days that they were taking care of it. UPS corporate is absolutely no help at all. No one from the store would reach out with information or updates. I kept having to call and check and give my info. I had a pre planned a family trip at the end of the week when this happened. As I was being told everything was being done that could be done. Sure enough I get back and ask if a police report has been filed… of course not, only a $1600 item. Apparently I, the person that never touched the item, am the only one that can file a police report. UPS store will not resolve, UPS is saying it’s on the store, and TMobile is saying it’s on UPS. If they give your package to anyone else. Call the police immediately. Also… using logic What’s more probable… that some one has my ID, my name/address, their face… they somehow know I have ordered a phone to replace the phone I broke on Monday. They also know that I had it delivered to the store, and they came in and grabbed it after it was dropped off. Or that this was done by an internal employee, whether at UPS warehouse, driver or at the store . They still have my $8 also.

    I’ve had a mailbox with this UPS store for 6 yrs. I have always had great, professional and friendly service. I highly recommend!

    Another poor customer service experience. I have seen the so called manager rude with others before but I guess it was my turn. What turned out to be no fault of UPS with my package, this manager found a way to put UPS in a bad light. This manager is very rude and condescending and I especially do not appreciate him giving customers attitude and challenging me to take up an issue with him since he’s the “manager of the store”. I got the issue corrected (no help from him) but he could really use some training when it comes to conflict resolution. This was a simple error that UPS could have easily turned into a positive for them but this manger dropped the ball with his attitude. I will say the original employee that helped me was doing all she could to gather information and was very helpful. Things went south as soon as the manager joined it.
