I sent a package to Mexico and it was returned to me because they did not leave the necessary information on the portal to make the delivery to the recipient. They made mistake after mistake and so I made the claim to be reimbursed for the money plus fair compensation for all the inconvenience. For two weeks now, I have only obtained evasiveness from the manager so as not to return my money. Very poor service and lack of commitment to reimbursement policies and compensation for non-compliance.
