  Zar was super great! This is always my go to Amazon drop off location and everyone has always been extremely helpful and welcoming. Great staff every single time, very calm and quiet location and never had an issue with my returns. If there's been any problems, it was on my end (ie. Not realizing I needed to box up specific returns) and they've always been kind about it!

  Extremely unprofessional. I provided a digital label for them to print, but because their printer was faulty, the barcode wouldn't scan. Instead of fixing the issue, they tried to charge me for the bad print and told me to go elsewhere or pay extra. I shouldn't be penalized for their equipment failing.You are better off going to any other UPS store.

  The staff in this UPS store are extremely helpful and have gone out of their way for us many times. Once they even stayed open a bit longer to help us. Always staffed up well too which is a common problem with some businesses these days. Highly recommend.

  Waited 30 minutes in line, there was 2 people in front of me. I wanted to mail one single letter for a birthday book. After the long wait and slow service, the rep stopped in the middle of my mailing process to answer the phone then proceed to go into the back of the mail room to talk to someone on the phone, mind you there is a wait of 3-4 people behind me. She obviously didn't care, I had to pick out a package for the small letter size envelope to be placed in because there was no single stamps for sale. I waited in line 30+ minutes I had to get this letter shipped, a 2.00 letter (because it weighted less than 3oz.) turned turned into $14.00! I had to buy a package to put the small letter into it. Based on the reviews I came here, but I will NEVER be coming back and I will be contacting corporate office. I understand if single stamps are no longer around, but dont have me waiting in line, stop to talk on the phone, then tell me the cheapest option to mail my letter is $14.00!!! If i could give a -10 star I would!
