    I had an amazing experience at this post office, thanks to Miss Sacha. I needed to place a hold on my mail so I could pick up an important package before leaving town, but my request did not go through in time and the package was already out for delivery. I was worried I would miss it and possibly miss my flight if I waited on the package. Miss Sacha stepped in and went well above and beyond to help me. She was extremely polite, patient, and genuinely caring. She made multiple calls to find out who was handling my route and where my package was located. She even took the time to call the driver directly and asked her to drop off my package before starting the route so I could receive it in time. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to do everything she could to help truly made a difference. Everyone at this location greeted me with a smile and was very polite, but Miss Sacha stood out with her dedication and positive attitude. I truly appreciate her and wish more customer service professionals were like her. Thank you, Miss Sacha, for turning a stressful situation into a pleasant experience.

    I have had 2 packages returned to sender due to incomplete address within the last two weeks. Just so happens that the packages haven’t been returned to shipper, they are so called lost in transit. I have called and verified my address with the shipper and it is correct. I can’t seem to understand that now all of a sudden I can’t get the items I purchased, like expensive perfume and expensive makeup during the holiday shopping. I think something fishy is going on with USPS.

    I gotta say, if you have a negative experience here, you must be expecting more than the Post Office can do, or is allowed to do, or it is your attitude perhaps? Been going to this location for over 40 years from 3 different addresses and always been treated well. Do you realize no new post offices for decades while all these sub divisions have been built in the former forests of this area? No, no relatives at USPS just appreciate the massive job they do.

    If I could rate this place a zero I definitely would! No type of customer service at the counter very rude I was shipping off a package which I do all the time I asked for some tape and he told me because it's not priority I can buy my own tape very ugly demeanor for clients and customers very rude. I didn't see any issue with handing me over a piece of tape. This is the post office there shouldn't be any reason why you can't give me a piece of tape for my box. Every single time I come to this location nothing but nasty attitudes very very rude to customers
