The WORST post office of all time ! Super slow, no AC, workers hate being there, and both drop box & Kiosk don’t work. Why even still open at this point

Has to be the worst post office around. The office isn’t open outside regular hours for the working man, yet the self service machine is never operating.

I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by the USPS office located at 1411 Wunsche Loop, Spring, TX 77373. Over the past year, I have had a very poor experience with the delivery of my mail. Specifically, two of my packages have been lost, and whenever I contact this office, no one seems willing to help resolve the issue. Most recently, yesterday, I failed to receive a Priority Mail delivery. A note was left stating that the address was incomplete; however, after calling Customer Service, they confirmed that my address is completely correct. These were important documents that I urgently needed by yesterday. I want to express my deep non-conformity with the service at this branch. The staff needs to be more responsible and professional regarding the delivery of mail to its users. I look forward to hearing how you intend to improve the service and resolve these ongoing delivery issues.

THIS PLACE EITHER NEEDS NEW WORKERS OR NEEDS CORPORATE TO GET INVOLVED ASAP long story short, I’ve been noticing every time I see that I’m supposed to be receiving letters I mysteriously don’t receive them. This is the third time it’s happened and even if I try to report it they’re website is NEVER working to do the report. It is extremely frustrating, especially since the letters that keep on getting lost are super important. This location has to get their shit together.

I have filed a formal compliant against the Spring post office. I received a promise to finding a considerable solution. Well that went out the window shortly there after. I am STILL receiving my neighbor’s mail (different neighbor’s from different addresses). My packages are STILL continuously loss or stolen! Whichever of the two I’ll let you all choose the lesser of the two evils. I refuse to go door to door searching for my mail or packages. You all get paid to deliver the mail not me!!! There has to be something seriously wrong if you cannot read numbers to place the mail in the correct boxes. Just maybe ma’am or sir this is not the job for you. My next step is to reach out to the media or someone in congress this has to stop!
