⭐ Post Office Review – Escalation I paid $50 at the beginning of October 2025 for a mailbox lock replacement because the previous owner did not provide a key. Months later, the lock has still not been replaced. This delay is completely unacceptable. Every time I go to the post office, staff say they do not know when it will be done, showing a total lack of responsibility and follow-through. Because USPS failed to complete a paid and required service, I am forced to go to the post office every single week just to pick up my mail. This should never happen to a customer who has already paid. I have filed multiple complaints with USPS Customer Service, yet nothing has been resolved. No communication, no timeline, no accountability. This is a clear failure to provide a paid service. USPS needs to take responsibility, escalate this issue immediately, and complete the mailbox lock replacement without further delay. I should not have to chase USPS for months for something that should have been handled long ago.

This place has been wonderful. I'm still holding out hope that they will one day offer counter service on Saturday mornings.

I’m a homeowner my tenant refused to turn in her mailbox key so i paid to get it rekeyed in October it’s January and they still haven’t gotten it fixed. It’s been months i called the 800 number to complain and I’ve called their direct number no one answers the phone. I hope my ex tenant didn’t take anything that was sent to me for Christmas bc months later i STILL DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO MY MAILBOX

USPS, in general, has been extremely frustrating to deal with. They frequently lose or misplace our mail, and we sometimes receive it back months later—even though we have a PO Box. The situation has only gotten worse, and it’s unclear what is going wrong at this location or overall. The same issue happens at our business location, where neighboring businesses sometimes have to bring us mail that was misplaced and delivered to them. USPS, in general, is chaos. I’m not sure if the people “working” there actually care about their jobs. This is a government service, and from what I understand, they are paid well and receive good benefits, so it’s unclear what they are upset about to justify doing such a poor job.

USPS lost my package and I am supposed to wait on your antiquated system for a resolution. The package that was supposed to be delivered this Monday 12/22 was just deemed misplaced today. This was a Christmas gift and is now gone. The store that I purchased the item doesn’t offer shipping protection and usps doesn’t want to cover the cost of the item either. So it’s my fault for buying a Christmas present. I want a regional manager or regional vice president to contact me and rectify this. This is unacceptable and shouldn’t be put on the receiver. Own up to your mistakes..
