I’ve witnessed rude behavior from customers and entitlement and the staff still remains respectful even after being pushed around . We all have bad days but it’s not fair to act that way to people doing their job specially if they try to be accommodating. One lady I witnessed asked the employee to bring a pen for her so she could write something down as if the usps staff had to do that for them after getting agitated because it was told to her that walk ins time had already passed for passports. They told her the times and days she could come back but she was still combative
