We have pick up service requested. They always mark us as picked up and they never come by. LAZY!! Brandon Linch and Washington would come in when they were on that route, but new people have been assigned and they are very lazy. I have complained many many times and there is no solution. Erin in management has tried helping but the employees are just lazy. Also, when you go to the location, they talk to people like they are doing them a favor instead of treating customers well. NO MORE USPS for us. We will be shipping with Fedex and UPS. HORRIBLE!!

This is the worst place to go! I showed up the first time to get my passport on time, but they said we needed to come in the morning when they open. The 2nd time we went when they opened but because they only had 1 person working the lady was extremely rude and said she will not help us because there is only 1 staff member in the mornings. The 3rd time the same thing happen. Why even offer walk in's if they will not help! One star is to many!

I've waited nearly three and a half months for a key to my new business. It was ordered on November 6th, 2025. It's February 18th, 2026 and I still don't have it. Driving out of my way to pick up mail isn't good use of my time, especially when the window for picking up mail seems to be closed half the time and I'm forced to wait in line JUST TO PICK UP MAIL THAT I SHOULDN'T BE WAITING FOR.

One star is too many. My wife and I both took time off work and brought our baby here for a 3:00 PM passport appointment. We arrived early and stood in line exactly as instructed. We were standing right there the whole time. At 3:14 PM—still technically within our appointment window—the clerk at Window refused to help us. She claimed she called our name 'four times,' which is a complete lie as we were standing quietly in line just feet away waiting for her. She was incredibly rude especially blonde older lady refused to look at the email confirmation I showed her, and turned us away. Now we have to rebook and take another day off work. If you have an appointment here, watch the staff like a hawk because they will make up excuses to mark you as a 'no-show' just to get you out of there. Unacceptable service for a government office.
