I went into this USPS yesterday to ship some international packages and post invites, the gentleman that greeted me was so kind and helpful then the lady Shy or Shay I don’t remeber exactly she was SO helpful and nice. Best experience I’ve ever had at any post office!

I know typically the post office gets a bad reputation, but this location is great! Mainly because of an employee named Shay. She has helped me multiple times and she is so nice and helpful!

The older lady is so rude!!!!! She needs to retire!! Hire someone willing- before getting up the counter she shouts ”lady are you ready?” I have returned a package here with a NICE gentleman prior using QR code and she said ”nope don’t do that here next bye ” as I walk about she’s mumbling something. Not good customer service.

The Woodlands branch of the USPS is not a place in which to trust your precious mail. When I send personal cards with gifts in them from this branch, they consistently disappear. They have not been delivered to the recipient, with one exception. My brother received his card a year after I mailed it, in a clear plastic bag, with his gift of a sheet of stamps and money missing. I didn’t learn my lesson from that incident and foolishly again mailed him a card on January 31 2026 with the same gift in it (a sheet of Jackie Robinson USPS stamps and some cash) again from this branch. Today is March 1, 2026. He has not received it. Nor has another person to whom I mailed a card the same day with a payment enclosed. It’s the same with Christmas cards. They aren’t received. Another incident; on February 9, I mailed a priority mail small flat rate box from this location. My friend finally received it on February 19th. Something is very wrong at The Woodlands Branch USPS. I spoke with manager Erin, who called me after I placed a formal complaint online. She had no explanation for my missing gifts and cards. She was kind but didn’t seem concerned that personally addressed cards containing gifts of money and sheets of USPS stamps never made it past this branch. From here out, I’ll use Fed Ex and pay 11 bucks to make sure my loved ones get their gifts. I sent both of the gifts/cards a second time using Fed Ex on Sawdust and they arrived within 3 days, as Fed Ex promised. I won’t use the Woodlands USPS branch again, even though it’s conveniently located near my home.
