    Dear, USPS POSTMASTER for this location. Your location lost my package and refused to responsible. A reputable Seller scanned my package at the Self Service on 10/15/25 @ 6:17pm. The status is still stuck in Spring TX as of today 10/22/25. A man called from the USPS earlier today. He claimed that the Seller didnt drop the package in the bin. He mentioned that someone scanned the package again yesterday (10/21/25). But as you see on the screenshot, there was no additional scan. He refused to review the videos in the Self Service area. He stated that a lot of people with packages. But there was the date and time (10/15/25 @ 6:17 pm) when the Seller scanned it, so it's doable to review the video. He told me that I cannot file a claim. I told him the claim would be $ 500.00 for losing my package. If the status was in your possession and there was the date and time (10/15/25 @ 6:17pm) when it was scanned, and you refused to review the video, meaning you are the responsible party. SO APPARENTLY THE MAN SAID WHEN WE CHECK THE TRACKING UPDATES, IT'S NOT ACCURATE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!

    Horrible service! Do not come to this office unless you have to. The delivery driver lied and said the place to deliver was vacant. While this place has been in business for some years and has received mail here before. I was literally waiting for the package to arrive and they did not even attempt to deliver it at all. I went to the post office to receive the package they deemed couldn’t be delivered and they said it hadn’t made it back to them yet. That’s when they said they would hold it for me to pick up the following week on Monday. Forward to today, Monday, I wait in this ridiculous long line, mind you they have no signs indicating which line to be in. So im waiting over 35 minutes, then when I finally make it up to the counter the guy working had the worst attitude ever and told me I had to go to a different line. So I wait in the other line, once I make it up to that counter they tell me that the package was returned to the sender. Are you kidding me. I wasted my whole lunch break for them to tell me that they didn’t hold my package whatsoever and there is no direct line to call the post office instead of wasting my time. So I had to go through all of that and receive horrible service for them to tell me they didn’t do their job right again!!! Never again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE! AVOID IT!!!!!!!!!! Instead of fixing the problem they caused I have to fix it myself.

    A package of mind was sitting here for 4 months with incorrect tracking information and no communication from this office, I couldn't even contact them or go in person since I'm out of state. I don't know if I'm ever going to be able to get my package back or if its lost forever, I am staggered by the incompetence and lack of communication from the people here.

    This place was run down when we moved here in 2007 and it hasn't seen investment since. They're in desperate need of some funding. A typical USPS, they otherwise get the job done.
