I am a UPS MyChoice member and had some issues with a label I created and was informed I should come to the nearest store and they could send it for me. When I arrived, I was only met with swift no’s and dismissal. The manor in which I was spoken to was unprofessional and while understand the demands of the holiday season, I also wanted to provide feedback here. If you aren’t solution oriented or seeking to understand how to solve an issue created by the company you’re representing, it may be time to look inward on what goals this branch is hoping to achieve as a collective and also decide on appropriate verbiage for your team! I will go to another UPS Store in the future.
