- ANAlva NoonanNov 26, 20251.0This UPS store has a website online where you can sign up for services. In this case we needed the Notary. I used their calendar to select Wednesday, November 26, 2025. The earliest available was 9am, 8:30 wasn't available. So I signed my husband and son up for that appointment. When they showed for their appointment they were told the Notary wasn't there. They had moved his appointment to 11am. They weren't available then so it was just a big waste of time . He was told they had left a message on his phone at 8:30. Well he didn't hear it. We did however listen to it once he got back home. It's just a lady saying the notary won't be there till 11:00. No apology no sorry for the inconvenience nothing like that. She might as well have said you lose, she has better things to do. I can understand if the lady wasn't going to be there. I cannot understand leaving it on your website as an available time choice to select for an appointment. Long story short anybody can take a reservation. It's keeping the reservation that counts.
