    I am very upset with the service of this store. I sent a package to Mexico and it was returned to me because they did not leave the necessary information on the portal to make the delivery to the recipient. They made mistake after mistake and so I made the claim to be reimbursed for the money plus fair compensation for all the inconvenience. For two weeks now, I have only obtained evasiveness from the manager so as not to return my money. Very poor service and lack of commitment to reimbursement policies and compensation for non-compliance.

    I go out of my way to use this location. They are fast, efficient and never make you feel like an inconvenience. They have a top notch sense of humor and incredible hospitality. I wish all UPS Stores were this amazing! Meanwhile, ill continue to go out of my way to use this location! Thank you!

    I’ve always had positive experiences with this store. The manager has consistently been great and has always seemed like a genuinely good guy, which is why this situation was disappointing. Last month, I came in to ship three iPhones back to AT&T as trade-ins. One phone was already packaged, but the other two needed additional packing to make sure the boxes were secure. While I was polite and trying to explain what I needed, the young man assisting me was dismissive and said, “Trust me, we got it,” without really engaging or listening. During that visit, another employee also yelled at a delivery driver, which added to an uneasy atmosphere. Before leaving, I even asked if they were having a rough day and let it go. I left feeling uneasy but I had my tracking numbers. Then I later discovered that one of the phones never arrived. The tracking information showed that an empty box was received. When I called the store, I was again told, “Trust me, everything leaves this store.” Unfortunately, given the earlier interaction, that response wasn’t very reassuring. I’m currently waiting for AT&T to resolve the issue with UPS. I’m not accusing anyone of wrongdoing, but the combination of the attitudes I experienced and the missing phone has left me frustrated. Lesson learned on my end—I won’t leave a UPS Store again without personally seeing my items fully packed and taped.

    Best ups store i have been to. The owner and his team are very diligent and good people, always treated us well and are extremely reliable in handling our packages. Highly recommended.

    Best services of all the shipping outlets, and this UPS on Rayford is amazing. They are careful and friendly, never a mistake from them ( compared to all other stores), they are like friends and families!
