  He venido 2 veces a realizar la devolución de un paquete y el Señor que atiende los dias domingos, no es nada servicial. Es grosero y cobra etiqueta cuando el servicio es Gratuito. No tiene vocación para trabajar con personas ni ejercer su labor. Poco empatico,muy grosero y desagradable su atención. Nos cerró la puerta y nos mandó a otro lugar. I've come twice to return a package, and the man who works on Sundays is incredibly unhelpful. He's rude and charges extra for a service that's supposed to be free. He has no aptitude for working with people or doing his job properly. He's unsympathetic, very rude, and his service is unpleasant. He closed the door on us and sent us somewhere else.

  I came in not quite prepared and Leo was so helpful and kind while getting me sorted. The best ups store I've been too yet!

  I’ll pass up every other UPS Store just to come to this one! The staff is always friendly, attentive, and provides fast service. I frequent this location because of their professionalism and great customer care. The owner is often onsite and is just as personable and helpful, always willing to assist. If you need mailing, printing, notary, or other business services, I highly recommend checking them out!

  I use this location almost on a weekly basis! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They are also very patient with any questions or needs and it has been great being able to rely on them to work quickly to get packages delivered on time. The store owner is incredibly helpful and is always there to make sure things are done correctly.

  The manager older man argued with me simply because I wanted to observe the packaging of my own product which i paid 3.77 for a box to return an item to amazon.(he also added the return labels on the scale for extra charge) Apparently, it didn’t matter how much I paid or that I had a receipt both of which I did, and had no issue with during a previous visit with a different staff member. If this is a personal issue on his end, that’s not something I can fix. I even told him this is basically for a peace of mind and nothing against him. (if i had my own box i would of done it myself) He then stated he would deny me service and I'm banned, claiming “it’s about trust.” (Banned because i wanted to observe my package be put together i paid for) This location’s behavior is discriminatory and unacceptable, and I will be filing a formal complaint & I will NEVER return to this location because There are far better UPS stores that treat their customers better. Even looking at the past complaints it's an issue with the manager at this location.
