    I won't patronize this store again. I had an Amazon return that I brought in. It was a large package. The young lady at the register was super sweet. She scanned it. Gave me the label and the receipt. She asked me to place the package off to the side. Then, an older indian guy who I believe may be the manager, came from the back and started yelling at the young lady and was berating her in front of all the customers for accepting a large package. Apparently they were getting ready for a remodel...??? Anyways, I won't patronize a business that believes it's good business practice to reprimand employees in front of customers. It's completely unprofessional.

    Helpful staff, usually pretty quick service, even with all the Amazon drop-offs. They often have supplies i need, and if customers mess up, they're often forgiving & patient

    I do not trust this store UPS#6394. On 01/02/26 I took a large pkg to the store to get an estimate for shipping. I asked for the lowest rate and emphasized there was no hurry. I was given a price of $40-45. I took the pkg home, added some additional tape and shipping labels. Returned 01/03/26, asked for the lowest rate and was told $120 plus some cents. I was floored. They said the other person must have measured it wrong. I went on line and got a much lower ($35.00) rate for UPS ground. I took it to a second UPS store and the cost was $51.58 for UPS ground. A little more than the online rate because the employees have to spend time labeling, entering data, etc. I understand. I returned to UPS#6394 and complained. I showed the manager my receipt from the other UPS store and he acted dumbfounded. He said $120 was the lowest rate. I believe this store intentionally quotes 2nd Air rates and ignores UPS ground hoping you will pay the higher rate. Please be cautious when dealing with this store.

    This place has been decently easy to do simple stuff. But lately they try to find issues and charge you to do it their way. I needed a four inch piece of tape to seal one side of a box, they wanted to charge me $2. Looking at the many other bad reviews, most center around the Indian guy, who was the one tried to nickel and dime me.

    Very terrible experience had to wait almost 10 minutes in line only for me to be attended to and they are telling me that I have to pay $4 for them to put a single piece of tape on my box meanwhile I have gone to other ups stores before and never have they once tried to charge me for tape it’s just ridiculous. I would understand if it were $.50 or $1 but $4 is outrageous
