  Waited 30 minutes in line, there was 2 people in front of me. I wanted to mail one single letter for a birthday book. After the long wait and slow service, the rep stopped in the middle of my mailing process to answer the phone then proceed to go into the back of the mail room to talk to someone on the phone, mind you there is a wait of 3-4 people behind me. She obviously didn't care, I had to pick out a package for the small letter size envelope to be placed in because there was no single stamps for sale. I waited in line 30+ minutes I had to get this letter shipped, a 2.00 letter (because it weighted less than 3oz.) turned turned into $14.00! I had to buy a package to put the small letter into it. Based on the reviews I came here, but I will NEVER be coming back and I will be contacting corporate office. I understand if single stamps are no longer around, but dont have me waiting in line, stop to talk on the phone, then tell me the cheapest option to mail my letter is $14.00!!! If i could give a -10 star I would!

  This is my go-to The UPS Store location. Jared is always helpful with getting my documents notarized, and the rest of the team is great—professional, friendly, and efficient every time I visit.

  This UPS Store has been consistently wonderful every time I have visited. Even during busy hours, the team makes sure everyone is taken care of and never makes you feel rushed. They are friendly, patient, and always ready to offer that extra bit of help when needed. Truly appreciate their service and highly recommend if you are in or around Gleanloch Farms!

  I absolutely love my local UPS Store. The staff is always friendly, super nice, and genuinely helpful every single time I walk in. They make returns ridiculously easy (even when I show up with zero packaging… no judgment 😂). Anytime I need a box or packing supplies, they’ve got a great selection at reasonable prices, which saves me a ton of time running around town. It’s one of those places that actually makes errands feel painless. So grateful to have such an awesome, reliable spot right here in our community. Highly recommend.
