The representative Alan Youngblood was so helpful and very professional. I had been in Barcelona, Spain and left a ring in my room. The cleaning person was very honest and turned it in..pray for blessing to that lady! I had called other international shipping places, all way to expensive and I had to do "everything" myself on line. Well, after calling DHL and speaking with Mr. Youngblood it was smooth sailing after that. He handled everything, made it so easy and stress free. Like I explained to Mr. Youngblood the ring was not of great value but more of a sentimental, it had been blessed by a family priest.. .priceless! Mr. Youngblood understood and handled like it was worth a "million"! I received my ring and so happy to have it back. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
