Found out they sent off the application without the photo cause it wasn’t good enough. Tried to bring them another photo of my son. The lady had attitude called the photo of my son “even uglier than the first one” then proceeded to wave the passport stamp in my face. Their customer service is awful and the passport agent is on a high horse. She has lost her damn mind calling a 2 yr old child ugly. If you want your passport done without problems I WOULD NOT go to this location.
