I was told that I couldn't as there was no notary available and that it was after 4:30 PM. After I inquired as to why, they deliberately wouldn't answer my question. Do they only offer notary service on certain days? If so, during what hours on those days? Is 4:30 PM always their cutoff time? Do I need to call first? No explanation(s). It's as if the information was classified. Seeking further clarity, I called after I arrived home. While still evasive, I gathered something along the lines that it's a hit or miss on when notary services are available, just depending on the day, the time of day, and who is on shift. If you do business at this location, please call first. Otherwise, you risk wasting your time and miles.
