The people are very friendly and professional. I have mailed about 20 business priority envelopes a year for about 10 years with no issues.

Our mail comes through the Spicewood Post Office but, it's not "on our way" to anywhere. Lakeway is closer to my office but they are the worst. Not freindly, very slooooow service, never pick up their phone and much mis-delivered mail when I lived in that area. The Spicewood PO does a good job of delivering our mail and when I have a question about mailing, I'll call and they pick-up immediately and provide me with a helpful answer.
