This post office location is about 5 minutes further from my house than a more urban location, but I more than make up the time, because there is usually no waiting in line or a very short wait. The people are very friendly and professional. I have mailed about 20 business priority envelopes a year for about 10 years with no issues.

I've lived in West Cypress Hills for more than 12 years but the last 6 months our mail delivery has been a joke! Our residents Facebook page is full of complaints about mis-delivered or missing packages and mail. Complaints have been made but nothing is being done. Sheila

Best Post Office I've ever been to! We, too, drive out of our way to go to this one. Our mail comes through the Spicewood Post Office but, it's not "on our way" to anywhere. Lakeway is closer to my office but they are the worst. Not freindly, very slooooow service, never pick up their phone and much mis-delivered mail when I lived in that area. The Spicewood PO does a good job of delivering our mail and when I have a question about mailing, I'll call and they pick-up immediately and provide me with a helpful answer.
