I had placed an order on Friday for business cards with the pickup time Saturday by 6pm. I hadn't received any updates and called the store when i was informed the printing hadn't begun. Then the store associate calls me at the scheduled time of pickup the card isnt aligned properly and this means the order will be cancelled. I asked if they tried repositioning it to make it work and was told it was not possible after repeated repositioning attempts.
In anycase, I had the flexibility of 1 extra day, so I placed the order again on Saturday mroning and when I called the store back inwas informed the printer was down and the tech will only be there later today. This was frustrating to me as I should have been told about this issue from the beginning as now it feels like I was being lied to from the start. The delay in even starting the job is a different issue.
The print shop is not reliable. Do not recommend this place.

Manager willing to go out of his way to help me. I came in to use the self serving printers, and unfortunately they were not working properly. I got pretty frustrated, and let the manager know that the printers weren’t working, probably expressing a little less patience than he deserved. But he was incredibly kind and understanding, and went out of his way to try to make the situation right and to give me the information I needed. That type of kindness really goes a long way with customers, and in the end, I appreciated it more than I was frustrated at the printers.
