Extremely unhappy with this post office. DO NOT SEND YOUR PACKAGES OUT HERE. I just read a review of someone who has had a similar situation as me, so this is not the first time. I usually go to the post office in Keller and they are phenomenal. Probably why they are always so busy because no one wants to go to the Southlake post office!! I have been sending out packages at the Keller post office for my small business for many years. I’ve gone to Southlake twice and had issues both times. My first experience there, I dropped off packages at the drop box and it took 2 1/2 days to start tracking (Keller usually starts tracking within 24 hours). This was wild to me, because the Southlake post office appeared vacant both times I went, yet the Keller post office is always packed. Most recently, I am beyond frustrated because I sent a package out 4 days ago and it still has not started tracking. I really needed this sale, as I have a few big life events coming up. Now I am going to have to refund the purchase and I’m sure, just like the previous reviews, the person will receive their free item weeks later. I will never go to this post office again. I’d rather drive far out of my way than lose a sale because of this place. Not that anything will change after these reviews. It’s just sad. I will, however, be taking the time to write a kind review for the Keller post office, as they all deserve high praise for their hard work. I’m hoping someone will read this and choose not to go to Southlake, as they WILL screw you over.

They somehow lost an item I sold on eBay, only for it to finally register as shipped and show up at the buyer's house weeks later, after I refunded him. I'm now down $120 bucks and a rare action figure someone basically got for free. Lesson learned, I'm never dropping anything off at this Post Office again.
