  Last week, I took an order of 50 hard copy (already printed) directories into staples to be bound with black spiral binding. I dropped it off 5 days before they needed to be done (5pm Tuesday pickup time). I was told that was plenty of time. An associate called me at 1pm Tuesday (4 hours before I was to pickup) and told me they had lost my hard copies, had no intention of locating them, and that my order just wouldn’t be done. I said that was not acceptable and she did not care. Her exact words were “we have 150 other orders, we don’t care.” After much arguing over the fact that she didn’t personally lose the hard copies and so she had no intention of personally finding them, she finally agreed to look for them and magically they were located. I had to ask for a manager multiple times. She then assured me that even though the store was open for another 7 hours, she had no intention of completing my binding order any time soon/that day. This associate should’ve been fired. I asked AGAIN to talk to a manager but she came over the walkie talkie and said “tell them I’m on lunch break” (this is now 2pm). So it’s clear that the poor service stars at the top. I get an associate manager, Gerald, who is an angel. He agrees to personally go to that department and complete the order but I would not get the front or back covers - just the spiral binding on 50 directories, 8.5”. I paid $340 American dollars for 425 feet of plastic spiral. When I went to pickup - I was the only one at the counter - and I waited 10/15 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Gerald was restocking shelves in the back part of the store and I found him and thanked him. I still think the woman that called me initially should’ve been fired. The store manager never returned my call. She should maybe be fired too. This store should be ashamed of itself.

  I needed color copies made for a family event. Stacy in the print department was so helpful and kind. The order was ready in a couple hours even though it was promised a couple days later. I appreciated the speed, efficiency and mostly the great customer service.
