The box wasn’t bent. I reached out to staples and was advised to order for next day pickup (Saturday, wedding Sunday) ordered. I happened to be at the staples location around 12 on Saturday. I stopped by to check on it. “I haven’t had a chance to call you yet, but our laminator is down” At this time of the day, I have no ability to adjust and order from a different location. Had I been notified earlier, I could have gone to another staples. Very disappointed in this service. Why couldn’t they adjust and send it to another store? Or call me early in the day, so i could try another store?

The associate at the register quickly called the manager, Katherine, to come help me with some questions I had. She was more than accommodating and helpful! She even carried the cabinet to the front of the store and then loaded it into my vehicle. The customer service at this location was exceptional!
