Great office supply store. Good customer service. I found things like luggage that I hadn't even realized they'd carry. A great selection of several items. Several problems solved after this visit.

TSA PreCheck enrollment- please do a better job explaining documents needed. I asked the lady running the area what documents I needed, and she could not explain clearly. She told me I needed a Texas Enhanced ID. After investing myself, RealID is not the same as Enhanced ID (which Texas does not offer). How am I supposed to present something that does not exist? More proof and documentation, I get it. But please be an EXPERT at your job, if you are explaining the process. You are the expert, not me.
I’ll now depart the parking lot after digging through the TSA site and Texas DPS site for 15 minutes.
Very frustrating! I’ll go to the airport, as this lady was not much help at all.
