- NYNadine YangDec 10, 20251.0I will NEVER use this FedEx location again (and probably never attempt to ship with FedEx in general). The staff here is shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Refusing to accept a package and then calling a different shipping company to tell them I was going to go there is beyond absurd. Don’t worry, that company had NO issue accepting my package and taking my money. This place has permanently lost my business. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
