- JDJoycelyn DurdenJan 31, 20261.0I drove across town to a “passport fair” that was scheduled from 8a-1p only to be told that I couldn’t get assisted because they were only taking appointments as they were no longer taking walk-ins for said passport fair. This was not only a waste of time but a huge inconvenience. If you are going to have a “fair” honor that and not turn people away especially those who took off work such as myself to obtain my passport!! Pooooooor customer service.
