The guy with the mask is the worst one but also the white lady up in the front. They always have an attitude and don’t care to hear your situation. Only decent person here would be the postmaster! Why are these people still working here!???

And he said I had to figure it out. I see a lot of bad reviews on this man and nothing is being done about it. Well guess what. I'm gonna do something about it. If nothing gets taken care of I will be contacting Louis dejoy. I'm sick and tired of rude people.

She doesn't stick to USPS rules or forms customers fill out. All our packages that are handed off to USPS never make it to our PO Box. Even through we have a street addressing form filled out. Even when we put both physical and po box number on the packages. She seems she's lazy and just wants to do things her way and not the correct USPS way. We have had issues since she took over and it has gotten worse since the mailing everything has become normal.
