They held 4 of my packages and blamed it on the size (one being folded up pool noodles and todays package they held was folded up flat mesh plant bags so I highly doubt size or weight was really the issue). So if you order anything through them expect to go get it yourself. EXTREMELY lazy & rude staff.

- JRjessie RadcliffNov 8, 20211.0Front door was wide open but for some reason the carrier filled out a certified mail slip stating I wasn't home. Now I'll have to wait until tomorrow. Not a huge inconvenience for me but could be for someone else in the future. Not that hard to knock on the door and wait a second to deliver certified mail. If the carrier already knows she's lazy and has no desire to get out of her little van then she should be leaving certified mail at the post office and just delivering slips.
