- BBBrianna BillingsleyMay 10, 20231.0Had to go pick up another package that the local post office said was too big (it’s a vent screen so it weighs less than the box probably) to be delivered to our mail room (which is the ENTIRE building behind the package in the picture) at the rv park we stay at. Even though Amazon and UPS will deliver all our packages with zero issues. SUPER LAZY & DISRESPECTFUL STAFF.

They held 4 of my packages and blamed it on the size (one being folded up pool noodles and todays package they held was folded up flat mesh plant bags so I highly doubt size or weight was really the issue). So if you order anything through them expect to go get it yourself. EXTREMELY lazy & rude staff.

- SSSMay 22, 20211.0Expected a package of live plants today, on a Saturday. Checked tracking and Snyder USPS sent my package back all the way to NY because of an incorrect address. Checking with my shipper and all shipping information is correct and as it should be. Now my plants are dead because mail is always getting mixed up in this podunk little town and I can't get a hold of anyone to stop the return.
