It was a rough couple of months/years, getting your act together, but by George, I think you did it! From the top down I have seen improvements. Great effort has been made to tweak the mistakes, regroup and instill some coordination at the office. Explaining things for us lifelong customers is helpful and much appreciated. Keep up the good work, because you know if you don't, I'll be back on the phone with the big boys. Lol. May I suggest everyone from this office sign a demand for electric postal trucks to send to Washington, who will listen to you more than us customers. Believe me I have tried. With thanks and gratitude.

They have lost two of my packages costing me even more money. So make sure you get a receipt when dropping off packages. And also they like charging people extra money on purpose.
