I went in to ask why I haven't received ANY paper mail for the last 10 days, the response I got was "We are focusing on Amazon packages". So because a government entity is working for a corporate interest is the reason they are withholding my wife's cancer screening results, Hardin Co tax documentation, insurance imformation (medical and auto wreck) and a payroll check. Enter the gem of a postmaster, who is very hard to understand, rude as can be, and obviously has no accountability for her performance. I pay the extra $2 for FedEx just to avoid this place. At this point Silsbee P.O. is refusing to deliver mail. Is that considered tampering with mail? I intend to find out. A post office that refuses to deliver mail should be shut down. I am not the only one.
