Note: The adjacent store space at address 734 is empty. My suggestion is, UPS Store acquire that space also and make this very small store double the size. Already frustrated, id gone to the UPS as I've always had a good experience and this time was no different. The lady was very sweet, very helpful and I didn't even know they save addresses and that's so helpful! I will certainly keep UPS as my #1 go to from now on! Thank you ladies for helping me get back into a better mood and getting the package to my daughter! She thanks you too.

Today (12/08/2025), during the busy Christmas shipping season, I visited your store around 12:30 PM (lunch time). The line was long, and I expected to wait at least an hour to ship my packages. However, I was pleasantly surprised. A young, dynamic UPS employee was working alone behind the counter while others were likely on lunch break. Despite the pressure, this employee handled every customer with respect, courtesy, and professionalism—while maintaining impressive speed. Thanks to her efficiency and positive attitude, I was out of the store in less than 30 minutes. This level of service deserves recognition, and I want to express my gratitude for the great work.
