They have one employee that hates being there and its written all over her face. She makes you feel bad for coming in. They have successfully errored on two amazon returns one by not backing out of a previously scanned item before continuing, (per Amazon not me) I would recommend the owner to take stock of their store as I will be going elsewhere. I know my business means nothing to you and that's okay. If you need an ups store for your needs I would recommend not using this one. So disappointing for a smaller town...
