Admittedly, some of my questions were about the Ground facility, which were more complaints than questions. She answered everything professionally and kindly. This is the place to go in Texoma for FedEx shipping services. It is literally impossible to speak with a human at the Sherman FedEx Ground location. FedEx should unpublish the address and nonworking phone number for Ground in Sherman. What a waste of time. Seriously. FedEx should extend the pickup hours at FedEx Kinko's to 6:00pm as it was, pre-COVID. This location has always been professional and helpful. Please extend the pickup hours. Tiffany is an exemplary steward of the FedEx brand!!
