Disgusting rude and slow location. But you’d assume that from the looks of the place.

There are two carriers on our route. A red jeep, awesome person! And a Grey compact. Ever since the Grey compact we have had issues with delivery. Once a package was left under a tree on the wet ground in our front yard beside the driveway. Couldn't see it from the house. Ordered two items from Amazon. They were to be delivered on the same day. One was on my back steps, yet a sorry we missed you slip was in the mail box with instructions to pick up at post office! How incompetent! Why does this person even have a carrier position and why does the postmaster allow such behavior! Then claimed to Amazon they would deliver next day, liars! They can sent it back! I refuse to pay to have it delivered to my door and have to go out of my way to pick it up! It's not like its an oversized package it's a vaccum that has to be partially assembled. I have had the same item delivered to my door before, the only difference I could see is the carrier.

Where has customer service gone???? There is only one person that works at this location that is customer friendly and professional!!! She wasn't working today. USPS employees, there is no reason to be rude or make a sarcastic comment or reply when a customer ask you a question. You are the employee and it is your responsibility to provide and explain the options to a customer.......also not everyone goes on line to do business or track a package.......maybe you are having a bad day, we all do from time to time......however, if you are dealing with the public, you have to lay that aside. If you don't want to do that, then get a job where you don't deal with the public one on one.........Shepherd USPS could learn from the Coldspring USPS.
