The laziest and rudest group of people I’ve ever met in Shepherd. The entire staff needs to be replaced with people that value helping others.

I have left several messages, asking for the postmaster to call me back and have not received a call back. I have very important mail that continues to come up missing and can’t get any help to resolve it. The representative inside is extremely rude. Every time I walk in there she has a snarky attitude has even yelled at my teenage son. This post office has declined drastically in the last six months.

When I tried to called took me over a hour to speak to a real person. Only a 1 800 number and only to be able to pick music to listen on hold waiting to talk to a agent. Very very unhappy with the services received.

They are never open and I was home all day when they said they tried to deliver my package but no one was home! That's bull I was there all day! Now they won't try to deliver again I have to pick it up. I was here at 4pm they aren't supposed to close until 430 but they are closed. Try again tomorrow I guesd.
