- JPJeff PfeiferFeb 23, 20261.0Terrible service when you go inside. It's usually crowded because everyone is trying to get their mail, since they deliver to the wrong address or decide they are too lazy to deliver at all and you have to come in to pick it up. Can't reliably deliver to an address IN TOWN consistently! Mailbox with double the house number signage on it, big & reflective, address shows up in Google Maps, and they still can't deliver to the right place. You could live in the tallest structure in town, and they still wouldn't be able to locate your address. The layout in town is pretty simple and straight forward, compared to the country locations. Unbelievable.
- HNHarlie NugentFeb 19, 20251.0I have been at an RV park in Seminole since August 2024. It’s now February 2025 and usps has yet to deliver any of my packages or even attempted to because they want the rv park owner to move his mailbox..UPS has no problem delivering them to us. The park is 45 mins from the post office, so I have to make the drive to pick up our packages when held there and our latest package was returned on the same day it arrived at the post office..it arrived at the post office on a Saturday and I was unable to pick it up because THEY WERE CLOSED, so they returned it to Amazon the same day. Not to mention I paid extra for expedited shipping but they did not expedite the return so now I have been waiting for a week for Amazon to receive the returned package and then they’ll have to process it and refund me and then I’ll have to wait for my bank to process the refund before I can reorder 🙃. Don’t waste your time..I’m now using general delivery through Hobbs post office (it’s closer). But general delivery seems to be the way to go. You’ll have to pick your packages up but at least they’ll have to hold them for more than a couple of hours on a day they’re closed!
