This location had got my package and an Amazon package mixed up and to date there has been NO resolution. Keep in mind this incident happened almost two months ago & Still NO follow up about my package. Their main concern was for me to ship back the Amazon package and my question to her was ok, so what about my package. I’m highly disappointed. Granted mistakes are made as we are human however, making things right would have been a start. I.e refunding for the items that were misplaced , continuing to follow up and keep me updated or even acting like you cared. Please please make sure they are putting the correct label on your box before walking away so that this doesn’t happen to you. I should have known to wait. The label was handling another box and mine at the same time which caused this label mix up. Please workers slow down and pay attention.

I ask about notaries and they say they have one and if I wait to the side she will come out. They help scan the ladies box behind me she leaves and here comes the notary with 4-5 boxes. She’s out here working in those while ever so often looking up at me just waiting . I left because that work would have been there after I left. I took my business else were she knew exactly what she was doing .
