This post office is the slowest around. I hate that they are my mail carriers. These people are killing me. Always several days later than it should be. Without working there, I would bet $$ they are short handed staff. Please get them some help. On a positive note, the employees are friendly, just slow!!!

I went to make a simple postal transaction and the rude Asian employee was the counter I had to go up to. No matter how hard I tried to understand what she was saying, there was just no way. I didn't want to sound rude by continually asking her to repeat herself but it took more than half the time to just get my transaction done because her English is horrible. Then she has the audacity to get mad when it's her fault this is taking longer than it needs to. The other employee saw the struggle between her and other customers but did not bother to help. They work with each other and spoke with each other during my time in line, so there must have been some kind of understanding of her speech between them. Yet she didn't help all the customers, including myself, who had to continue asking the Asian lady "excuse me" "what"? It's best to just let the next poor soul go ahead in line if her counter is the next to open. If you're lucky you may catch just 1 word out of every 2 sentence she says, that may help you finish your business there.

When they "try to deliver it" they leave a slip. Just expect to go in for bigger packages
